Mr Colussi discovered the Dominicus club and its cristalline beaches in the Dominican Republic in 1987.
Great traveler, adventurer passionate about sailing and diving, Ettore Colussi discovered the Club Dominicus in 1987 on the paradisiacal Dominicus beach during a sailing trip on his boat named Champagne. It was love at first sight and the starting point of the adventure of the Viva Wyndham Resorts group.
The beach club of 50 bungalows then becomes the complex of today, Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach with 670 rooms including 208 bungalows in coral stone, unique stylished caribbean accomodation in the Dominican Republic!
The visionary and daring spirit of the Italian founder Ettore Colussi combined with the development of tourism in the Dominican Republic makes it possible to rapidly increase the clientele in the hotel in Bayahibe and to forge solid partnerships with the main Italian and European agencies and TOs, the American market, airlines or major local or international institutions.
The hotel group currently consists of eight all-inclusive Resorts, two of which are dedicated to adults, which embrace the Caribbean seaside and most wonderful beaches in Mexico, the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas, to which are added the boutique hotel Sublime Samana Hôtel & Residences, SLH member, 46 Suites and Casitas set on Los Coson Beach near the Viva Wyndham V Samana, and the Viva Vacation Club department.
